Extra cool pendant lamp of brass with an orange lacquered plate. The shade is of frosted glass with a black lacquered edge. Manufactured and marked by Solbergs Fabrikker, Norway. H. 70 cm.  / 27.5" H

This is so fantastic! 

Not much is known about Solbergs Fabrikker, but they do have a lamp on display in the Norwegian Nasjonalmuseet, the National Museum of Art, Architecture & Design in Oslo.
