A Tucker Robbins original reinterpretaion, made of Peruvian Porcelain. This design is inspired by Bamileke Tribe in Cameroon, the pattern speaks to their creation story:
The world was woven into existence by the Great Spider, a feminine force. This spider is not just an ordinary creature but a divine being, symbolizing wisdom, communication with the ancestors, creativity, and the intricate connections between all things. The spider’s web is not just physical but spiritual: it connects all beings to each other and to the ancestors. The ancestors travel the web to visit the living, and the living send prayers and messages along its threads. Beautiful.
